Meet the heart behind Honeybee Early Learning

Welcome! I am Melissa Moyer, the owner and director of Honeybee Early Learning, a home-based preschool in Cheyenne, Wyoming. I moved to Cheyenne in 2015 and have proudly called this community home ever since. As a dedicated professional and a mother of three, I understand firsthand the beautiful, busy journey of raising young children.

I am an experienced educator holding a degree and specialized training in Early Childhood Education. Over the years, I have gathered 6 years of hands-on classroom experience working with children of all abilities from pre-K through elementary school. By blending my academic expertise with a parent's perspective, my mission is to create a safe, supportive, and joyful early learning community right here in our home.

In my free time, you can usually find me embracing my inner maker through baking and crafting, or traveling to explore new destinations with my children. I love bringing that same spirit of creativity, exploration, and discovery into the preschool classroom every day.
